Interior Designer & Sales Rep
Align Kitchens is seeking a motivated Interior Designer with a proven sales record of happy customers, to join our growing team in Brisbane. We are a family-run business with a dedicated team and we would love to invite you to join us in creating beautiful spaces all around Brisbane, helping families reach their goals and achieve their visions in their homes. We thrive on solving the puzzle that helps unlock the final piece in a client’s home so that they can revel in a higher level of satisfaction attained through our committed team of designers, cabinetmakers, coordinators and installers. Every person involved plays a critical role in the orchestration of a new kitchen, so we are looking for the right person who is eager to step up to the plate with a keen eye for aesthetics paired with dedication to the logistics of achieving that design.

About the Business
Align Kitchens specialises in kitchen and bathroom renovations, cabinetry design and residential renovation projects. The business focuses on delivering high-quality customised kitchen and cabinetry solutions, manufactured and installed with strong attention to functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients onsite to understand functional, and spatial requirements
- Scan room dimensions on an iPad
- Develop interior design concepts, colour palettes, kitchen layouts and material selections to meet client goals
- Finalise plans using AutoCAD
- Liaise with in-house estimator and suppliers to prepare accurate client quote
- Book showroom consultations and present plans and quotes to client
- Convert sales by obtaining deposits from clients to begin production
- Liaise with suppliers, tradespeople, and project teams to ensure project requirements are achieved
- Conduct site visits during project delivery
- Maintain awareness of current interior design trends, materials, and products
Essential Requirements
- Proven sales conversions
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Personable and approachable in clients’ homes and showroom
- A team player with staff in both sales and manufacturing
- Relevant industry experience in residential projects
- Critical and creative thinking skills

- Interior Design Qualification
- More than 5 years of sales experience
- Project coordination
